These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the website located at rogueholistictherapy.com and any related online properties owned or controlled by Rogue Holistic Therapy (“Rogue Holistic Therapy,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) (collectively, the “Site”), together with any services available to you through the Site (the “Services”). Rogue Holistic Therapy’s licensed and registered-associate clinicians (“Providers”) provide psychotherapy services to clients through in-person appointments and telehealth. The clinical services provided by our Providers and the non-clinical functions of the Site (such as browsing informational content, submitting a contact form, or scheduling a consultation) are collectively referred to as the “Services.” “You” and “your” refer to you, and, where applicable, any dependent on whose behalf you are acting.
Your use of the Site is conditioned on your acceptance of these Terms and our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. If you do not agree to these Terms, you are not authorized to use the Site, and you should discontinue use immediately.
We may revise these Terms at any time by posting an updated version. Continued use of the Site after a revision takes effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. We encourage you to review this page periodically.
This Site is not intended or equipped for medical or mental health emergencies. If you are experiencing an emergency, call 911 immediately.
If you are experiencing thoughts of harming yourself or others, or feel unable to keep yourself safe, do not wait for a response through this Site. Call or text 988 to reach the Suicide & Crisis Lifeline, call the Jackson County Mental Health Crisis Line at 541-774-8201, go to your nearest emergency room, or call 911. Messages submitted through this Site are not monitored continuously and should never be used to communicate an emergency.
Content on this Site — including text, descriptions of services, and any other materials — is provided for general informational purposes only and does not constitute professional medical, psychiatric, or psychological advice, diagnosis, or treatment, and does not create a provider-client relationship. Use of the Site does not substitute for consultation with a qualified health care professional.
Rogue Holistic Therapy is a multi-provider group practice offering trauma-informed psychotherapy, mind-body integration therapy, LGBTQIA+ affirming therapy, and psychedelic preparation and integration support for children, teens, and adults in Oregon. Our Providers include licensed clinical social workers, licensed professional counselors, licensed marriage and family therapists, and registered clinical associates practicing under supervision. Clinical services are provided in-person at our Medford, Oregon office and via telehealth. Rogue Holistic Therapy does not provide, prescribe, supply, or refer clients to any controlled or psychedelic substances; psychedelic preparation and integration services are limited to therapeutic support before and after a client’s own independently arranged experience.
Clinical services are available only to individuals physically located in Oregon at the time services are provided, consistent with the licensure requirements governing our Providers. Access to and use of the Site from jurisdictions where its content or the Services would be unlawful is prohibited. We reserve the right to limit availability of the Site or Services to any person, geographic area, or jurisdiction at any time.
Use of the Site’s general informational content is available to all visitors. Consistent with Oregon law (ORS 109.675), individuals as young as 14 may independently submit the Contact Us form or request a consultation to initiate mental health treatment without parental consent. A parent or guardian may also initiate contact on behalf of a minor client. Use of the Site by a minor to initiate contact does not itself determine how treatment will proceed once services begin; the terms governing parental involvement, confidentiality, and the treatment relationship are set out in the practice’s Informed Consent for Treatment & Services Agreement and Practice Policies, which every client (or their parent/guardian, as applicable) receives before treatment begins.
Rogue Holistic Therapy does not discriminate against clients or prospective clients on the basis of race, color, national origin, sex, gender identity, sexual orientation, age, disability, or any other protected basis. Decisions regarding whether to accept a prospective client for treatment, or to continue or end an existing provider-client relationship, are governed by the Practice Policies and Informed Consent for Treatment & Services Agreement, not by these Terms.
You may not attempt to access data not intended for you, log into an account you are not authorized to access, probe or test the vulnerability of the Site or any related system, or otherwise attempt to breach any security or authentication measure. You may not use any automated means (including bots, scrapers, or crawlers) to access or copy content from the Site, or attempt to interfere with the proper functioning of the Site.
Violations of Site security may result in civil or criminal liability. We may investigate any suspected violation and cooperate with law enforcement.

We intend to comply with the CAN-SPAM Act and the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA) in all electronic and text communications. If you believe a communication from us does not comply, please contact us immediately at admin@rogueholistictherapy.com.

If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, that provision will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will remain in full force. These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Rogue Holistic Therapy regarding use of the Site.
