As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, Certified Holistic Health Practitioner, and trauma specialist who walks with those navigating the aftermath of complex and adult sexual trauma Vanessa has learned that true healing must honor the whole being, mind, body, and spirit. Through education, consulting, and ethical integration of holistic practices into modern therapy, Vanessa holds space for a future in which trauma no longer defines us, and where laughter, belonging, and deep presence become our new nervous system baseline.
She believes in creating sacred, integrative spaces where healing, self-inquiry, and soul-alignment are honored. Her mission is to bridge science and spirit, empowering individuals to embody posttraumatic growth, reclaim their inner wisdom, and lead lives anchored in authenticity and purpose. Her approach blends Polyvagal Theory — honoring your body’s wisdom to create new pathways of connection, resilience, and trust; Jungian/Depth Psychology — exploring dreams, archetypes, and the magic woven into your healing journey; Somatic Psychology — where release becomes ritual and embodiment becomes remembrance; and a blend of Energy Psychology. She hold advanced training in mind-body-soul methodologies, holistic nutrition, somatic practice, AstroPsychology, Psychotherapeutic Reiki, and breath-based energy work. Her approach is intuitive and grounded, weaving together science, spirit, and ancestral wisdom.
Her work is not just a profession, it’s a calling. It’s a reclamation of the sacred. A remembering. She envisions a world where serenity replaces survival, where ritual is medicine, where we remember that science and spirit are not separate, but partners in healing.

Developing core values that curate a life plan

Spirituality as a form of sacred devotion, not just a self-care practice

Embodiment as a tool for healing

Learning what peace actually looks and feels like
Vanessa describe her as direct, passionate, transparent, real, raw, & empowering. They say she’s like the older, wiser sister they never had. She’s spiritual but real, grounded, and raw. Clients can expect to be challenged yet nurtured. She will burst your safety bubble for long-term healing to unravel.
Vanessa is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, independently licensed since 2022, with an MSW from Arizona State University (2018). She is trained in CPT and somatic trauma treatment, and is a Certified Holistic Nutritionist. She is a Usui Reiki Master and Holy Fire Reiki Level II practitioner, trained in Psychotherapeutic Reiki. She has presented on the ethical, scope-appropriate integration of Reiki in trauma-informed psychotherapy for sexual trauma survivors at a CAMFT-approved continuing education conference, and co-created a CEU course on bridging alternative therapies with clinical documentation standards, approved by ASWB-ACE, NBCC, APA, and NY State licensing boards.
Through years of supporting survivors of trauma, I’ve learned that true transformation begins when we stop trying to “fix” ourselves, and instead remember who we were before the world told us to be small.
This is not just about healing.
It’s about coming home.
To your Self.
To your story.
To the sacred wholeness you’ve always been.
Vanessa utilizes Reiki as a somatic resourcing and nervous system regulation tool. This is not the same as a Reiki session you’d experience in the community. You'll co-create a Reiki container to allow the nervous system an intentional space to expand and connect introspectively while connecting to traumatic material, or if a client becomes dysregulated during a session, you two will engage in Reiki as a tool for nervous system regulation by slowing down the session. This is a collaborative process.
She utilizes a depth-oriented clinical lens that explains your natal chart as a blueprint for living an aligned life. You and Vanessa will explore cognitive distortions (limiting beliefs) through the birth chart, from a psychodynamic lens, you'll explore areas of your chart related to early development and relational imprints; and from an Acceptance and Commitment Therapy lens to explore what authenticity and your values look, feel and play out in the external world and collective. She is not providing a “reading”, the chart will be utilized as an intentional tool for self-exploration and actualization.
Soma means “the body”, therefore Somatic therapy means your body, instead of your mind becomes the entry point of treatment. Instead of talking about what you “think”, we explore how you think, live and manifest in your body.
Vanessa exclusively works with clients who experience symptoms related to PTSD & we know that when someone remains in a sympathetic state, or what is commonly referred to as “fight or flight” the digestive system has gone dormant or is in survival mode as well. Therefore she believes to help clients feel better in the bodies she's asking them to inhabit, it’s important to explore how you're fueling the body that’s carrying the weight of your trauma and stress.
