Debby believes that therapy is most effective when it is built on a genuine, collaborative relationship where you feel heard, respected, and accepted without judgment. She works alongside adults who are navigating trauma, anxiety, grief, life transitions, relationship challenges, or simply feeling stuck in patterns that no longer serve them. Together, you’ll explore what has shaped your experiences while building practical tools to help you move forward with greater confidence, self-awareness, and emotional well-being.
With more than 20 years of combined clinical training and experience, Debby takes a holistic approach that recognizes the connection between emotional, physical, spiritual, relational, and environmental wellness. She integrates evidence-based therapies with mindfulness, intuitive insight, and compassionate support to help clients understand themselves more deeply, strengthen resilience, and create meaningful, lasting change.

Yes. Debby offers both in-person and virtual therapy for adults throughout Oregon.
It means we do not look at one symptom in isolation. We pay attention to how your emotions, body, relationships, work, and sense of meaning affect each other, and we build a plan that fits your whole life.
A relaxed conversation. Debby will get to know you, hear what brought you in, and start to understand your goals. There is no pressure to share more than you are ready to.
Motivational Interviewing is a collaborative, client-centered approach that helps you explore mixed feelings about change without pressure or judgment. Rather than telling you what to do, your therapist helps you uncover your own motivations, strengths, and values so you can make decisions that feel meaningful and sustainable. This approach can be especially helpful if you’re feeling stuck, uncertain, or struggling to take the next step toward your goals.
If spirituality is an important part of your life, Debby can thoughtfully integrate those conversations into therapy while honoring your individual beliefs and values.
