Kelsey Langille, MSW, CSWA

I believe that therapy can help us understand our wounds and begin to create new pathways toward empowerment, connection, and peace. When we explore our relational patterns and personal mythology with curiosity, insight, and care, healing becomes possible. Drawing from a foundation in social work and an anti-oppressive lens, I support clients in challenging internal and external stories of brokenness or unworthiness. I’m trained in EMDR and enjoy weaving this modality with mindfulness skills, narrative therapy, compassionate inquiry, and other therapeutic tools. I view the therapeutic process as collaborative, creative, and dynamic, and I hope to serve as a guide in the reintegration of mind, body, and soul after difficult experiences.

“The wound is the place where the Light enters you.” – Rumi

Outside the office, I love reading surrealist fiction, visiting the ocean, and snuggling with my cat, Freya. I also enjoy collaborative board games, rewatching Studio Ghibli films, and celebrating the changing of seasons with friends in my garden.
