Frequently Asked Questions

My approach is holistic and relational. I blend mindfulness, somatic support, eco psychology, and culturally sensitive care. That means we focus on both your inner world and your real life, and we move at a pace that feels safe and supportive.

Eco psychology is a nature informed approach that recognizes how deeply our nervous systems respond to the natural world. Depending on your needs, we may use grounding practices, nature based reflection, or body based tools that help you feel more connected, calm, and clear.

Somatic work simply means we pay attention to what your body is holding. Stress, trauma, and grief often live in the nervous system, not just in thoughts. Somatic tools can help you feel safer in your body and release old tension in a gentle way.

My hope is that you feel more compassion for yourself, more connected to your inner wisdom, and more able to respond to life from a grounded place. Over time, many clients feel less ruled by anxiety or old wounds and more able to live with clarity, steadiness, and self trust.
