Clients often say they feel genuinely felt by Dana, like she is with them in their experience and tracks subtle shifts in emotion, energy, and body sensation. Dana is known for being deeply attuned, compassionate, down to earth, and respectful of autonomy. Clients describe the work as safe, not placating, grounded in the nervous system, and honest in a way that helps them leave with a clearer sense of themselves, not just insight.
Dana’s work is grounded in presence, embodiment, and respect for the intelligence of the nervous system. She supports clients in developing internal safety and self trust by orienting toward bodily awareness, self referencing, and curiosity toward symptoms and survival strategies. Rather than labeling these patterns as problems, Dana helps clients integrate the wisdom underneath them so they can expand their capacity for regulation, clarity, and choice, especially in relationships and stressful seasons.
