Coriann supports teens (16+) and adults navigating the impacts of complex or developmental trauma, anxiety, depression, and eating concerns. She offers grounded, honest, client led care that helps you understand your symptoms through a trauma informed lens, rebuild trust within yourself, and reconnect to the parts of you that have been pushed aside. Therapy with Coriann is not about fixing you. It’s about helping you come home to your truth, your voice, and your inner healer with more confidence and integrity.

Coriann specializes in supporting clients with:

Trauma patterns that keep repeating

Anxiety or depression that feels rooted in the past

Integrating psychedelic experiences and what they bring up

Building self trust and feeling safe in your own body

Body image and eating habit struggles

Nutrition informed support alongside deeper healing work

Boundaries, identity, and finding your voice again

What it’s like to work with Coriann

Clients often describe Coriann as warm, compassionate, clear, and deeply supportive. She is down to earth, real, and transparent, and her work is strongly client led. If you have felt pathologized or misunderstood in past therapy, Coriann creates space for you to feel respected and capable, while also being gently challenged toward meaningful change.

Coriann's Experience

Coriann’s work is rooted in supporting clients who have lived through chronic stress, trauma, and survival based coping patterns that once helped them get through. She believes symptoms are often adaptive responses to early experiences that are no longer serving you. In therapy, she helps clients reconnect to their internal wisdom, integrate the parts of themselves they had to abandon, and build a stronger relationship with their body, voice, and truth.

She has also spoken publicly about trauma and recovery, including the impacts of wildfire related trauma in Southern Oregon.

Integration is therapy support before and after a psychedelic experience. Coriann does not provide medication and you do not take any substances in session. If you are choosing to use plant medicine or ketamine on your own time for healing (not recreation), she helps you prepare beforehand and process what comes up afterward so you can turn the experience into real change.

No. Coriann does not provide ketamine, psilocybin, or ayahuasca, and substances are never used during sessions. Her work is preparation and integration only, before and after an experience that happens outside of therapy.
