Mental Health Therapist

Be a part of a growing organization that values collaborative decision-making!

Let us help support you on your journey! We offer no-cost supervision as required for licensing LCSWs, and soon LPCs. We also operate with transparency in a way that can help you learn how to start your own private practice if you decide that it’s the right path for you.

We value work-life balance and empowering our employees to have a flexible schedule and to build a caseload that they are passionate about serving. This is the reason part time therapists are only required to have 15 client contact hours per week & full time therapists only 30 client contact hours per week (if you’re working towards licensure and want more, we will support you to avoid burnout in this process).

Benefits: Medical Insurance, Dental Insurance, Vision Insurance, Paid Vacation, CEU Spending Account, Flexible Schedule

Job Description: Our ideal candidate holds a Masters’s Degree in Counseling or Social Work and is either licensed (LPC, LMFT, LCSW, PsyD) in the State of Oregon or pursuing licensure in the State of Oregon. We support and provide supervision for candidates that are pursuing licensure. The candidate must be committed to working for an LGBTQAI+ inclusive, anti-racist practice that promotes holistic wellness.

Therapists are all employee status with benefits. Part-Time therapists are expected to schedule at least 15 client sessions per week. Full-time therapists are expected to schedule at least 30 client sessions per week. Both will also require some paid administrative hours as well.
