Bennett Muñoz Moreau, LCSW, CSWA (Oregon)

As a therapist I focus on creating a space where clients feel comfortable, supported, and heard. My focus is to meet you exactly where you are—without judgment—and help you move towards your goals.  My approach is client-centered, holistic, and trauma-informed, meaning that you guide the process and your story is always at the center of our work together. I’m honored to walk alongside clients as they build insight, resilience, and self-compassion.

I’ve been in the field of social work since 2016, after graduating from Boise State University with a deep interest in how people grow, heal, and connect. Since then, I’ve had the privilege of supporting individuals across inpatient, outpatient, and telehealth settings. My experience has taught me more than techniques; it taught me to look at the whole person. I support individuals experiencing stress, anxiety, depression, trauma, ADHD, and neurodivergence, with an approach that honors both your lived experience and your inner strengths.

Outside of therapy, I enjoy traveling, thrift shopping, attempting arts and crafts, concerts, and spending time with my little one and family.
