Zoe Rossing, CSWA
I believe that everyone has the inner wisdom and innate capacity to heal and change. My goal is to serve as a safe guide for individuals who are interested in learning to compassionately listen to themselves, explore their inner world with curiosity, and courageously integrate the experiences, emotions and beliefs that seem to block their full access to peace, joy, and productivity. I support clients to create healthier, more satisfying relationships; alleviate depression and anxiety; reprocess trauma; heal complex developmental trauma and attachment wounds; explore identity and sexuality concerns; shift addictive behaviors; navigate medical/health issues; and grieve.
